Use of the Site is subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul Anatolian Courts have jurisdiction over all disputes. The parties will first seek a solution in good faith and, if necessary, apply to mediation.

These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement regarding the use of the Site. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. This text does not grant rights to third parties.
